Welcome to avtoolz ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using avtoolz.com (the "Website") and our browser-native file processing services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using avtoolz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

avtoolz provides browser-native tools for editing, converting, merging, splitting, and compressing PDF files and image formats.

  • Local Processing Guarantee: All processing operations occur entirely in your local browser memory using client-side WebAssembly (WASM). Your source files never leave your computer.
  • Service Availability: We strive to ensure the Service is available at all times. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the files (PDFs, images, etc.) you process using our Service.
  • No File Access: Since all processing is local, avtoolz does not claim any license, ownership, or access rights to your documents. We do not store, copy, share, or review your files.
  • avtoolz IP: All software, layouts, designs, trademarks, code, icons, logos, and WASM binaries used on the Website are the exclusive property of avtoolz or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or reproduce any part of our site.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity or violate any local, state, national, or international regulations.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security, integrity, or hosting servers of avtoolz.
  • Develop or deploy scrapers, bots, or automated scripts designed to overload the website or exploit the service.
  • Misrepresent your identity or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts.

5. Account Security

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
  • COMPRESSION OR CONVERSION OUTPUTS WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY SYSTEM.
  • ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL avtoolz, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
